Support in times of high tech

Nothing is impossible, any idea can be developed.
Great? yes, sure, but also dangerous. Developers and marketers are enthusiast and passionate about every new tool and technique, but what about the less tech-savvy online audience?

Software developers create multi-functional, all-in-one, self-service applications that make people’s life much easier. Applications are developed by people, to reach other people, but they also need to be handled by people. This last group should not be ignored.

On one side of the river we have developers who are crossing every technology line day after day. On the other side we have the people who discovered the huge potential of these tools, combined with the targets they can reach while using these applications. They may love the web, but a lot of them only know the basics of technology.

The gap between those groups is becoming bigger and bigger, every product or service provider needs to start paying attention to this evolution.

Basic marketing steps start with creating a product, sell as much as possible and quickly deliver the order to the client. This works the same for the technology world, but many companies think most work is finished then. On short term results will be satisfying, but consumer-centric companies will engage with clients on long term. That’s where ease-of-use comes up.

Offering self-service tools that give people the ability to discover and create on an independent base is one thing, but communicate clearly about opportunities to help, support, participate or execute will make the difference between sales on short term and loyalty of a trustful happy customer base.

We support our customers not only by offering user training, manuals, help files and help desks but take service to the next level by offering project management, technical advice, marketing workshops and strategic consulting.

We love to know what clients want, miss or desire, so we can create new challenges and targets in order to support people who want to get to that next step in the great interactive marketing world.

Keep an eye on our website next weeks because we keep on powering up our services in workshops, training, online demo’s, and a lot more!

This is a great idea to get interactive with your demos/tutorials and all that. It’s the best way to let people know about new tools, services and overall information.
